Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetplomb
  2. Green Bellpepper/chili
  3. Red bellpepper
  4. Fresh garlic
  5. Diced carrots
  6. Diced Sausage
  7. Diced liver
  8. Margarine
  9. Onions
  10. Seasonings
  11. Sweetcorn
  12. Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blanch plombs for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Drain and set aside

  4. 4

    Melt butter in a clean, dry pot, add onion and fry

  5. 5

    Then add grated pepper/garlic and fry

  6. 6

    Now add in liver

  7. 7

    Sausage

  8. 8

    Carrot

  9. 9

    Seasonings(maggi/curry/p.ginger/and other spices)

  10. 10

    Sliced bellpepper and chili

  11. 11

    Finally pour in water

  12. 12

    And a lil soy sauce, cover and allow to boil

  13. 13

    Pour plomb into boiling water

  14. 14

    Shake pot, cover and allow to cook

  15. 15

    Add in sweet corn when it’s almost done

  16. 16

    Enjoyyyyy😋😋😋
