Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add besan &all chopped veggies.

Add salt mix everything well. Add water as required.

Make a batter of thick but pourable consistency.

Heat a pan,few drops of oil.Take a ladle of batter and pour it in center.quick spread around.

After 2 min allow to cook until edges leave the pan.

Flip it to the other side.

Cook completely and gets golden spots.

Serve it with your favorite sauce and chutney.
