Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBesan
  2. 1/3 cupSuji
  3. 1/2capsicum
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. to tasteChilli
  9. 1 tspAjwain
  10. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sieve besan and suji soaked in water for 15 min

  2. 2

    Cut all veggies mix them in besan batter

  3. 3

    Add masalas accordingly and mix well

  4. 4

    Cook it on non stick pan from both sides by spreading like dosa

  5. 5

    Serve it with green and red sauce and onion
