Savory pancake or veg omelette, made from gram flour with some veggies and spices.
Cooking Instructions

In a large mixing bowl take gram flour/besan.

Add turmeric, ajwain and salt to taste.

Add 1/2 cup water or little more.
- 4
Mix with the help of whisker to form a smooth batter.

Now keep aside batter for 10 minutes.

Now add chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli.

Mix well with the help of ladle and get to a flowing consistency batter.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot nonstick tawa and spread gently.

Pour a tsp of oil over cheela.
- 10
Allow to cook on medium flame.

Now flip the chilla and cook both sides.
- 12
Fold the besan chilla and serve hot.
