Ingredients

  1. 3 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupGrated vegetables (carrots, bottle gourd, onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. Pinchajwain

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and using water, make a flowing consistency batter

  2. 2

    Heat tawa, apply little oil on it. And spread little batter on tawa like dosa.

  3. 3

    Cook the chilla till it turns golden brown. Flip it and cook it for another 2-3mins.

  4. 4

    Your healthy besan ka chilla is ready to serve. Enjoy this savory with tomato sauce and green chutney.
