Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsStock(chicken beef or vegetable)
  2. 2 tablespoonsflour
  3. Chopped onion and garlic
  4. 1/2 cupheavy cream (use evaporated milk or fresh milk for less calories)
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Chili flakes
  8. Parsley
  9. Nutmeg
  10. Italian mixed herbs
  11. For the meatballs
  12. 1/2 kgminced meat
  13. cubeBeef seasoning
  14. Cooked potatoes or bread crumbs and egg
  15. Italian mixed herbs
  16. Worcestershire sauce
  17. Chili powder and flakes
  18. Nutmeg
  19. Salt
  20. cubeSeasoning
  21. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To make the meat balls in a bowl add all the ingredients called for it and mix everything together

  2. 2

    Shape the meat in to balls and freeze for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry them till golden brown drain and set aside

  4. 4

    In a wok add butter add chopped onions and garlic and sauté them for couple of minutes add the flour and cook. Cooking the flour is better than making slurry it’ll prevent the sauce from thinning out within few minutes or hour

  5. 5

    Gradually start adding the stock while whisking till the sauce thickens. Taste and adjust the seasoning and the spices whisk again. Add the cream and whisk the sauce again

  6. 6

    Add the meat balls and cook for few more minutes. Serve

  7. 7

    I used my vegetable stock to make the sauce
