Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 3Large red pepper
  3. 3Scottish bonnet
  4. 1Large onion
  5. 1/2 teaspoonAjinomoto
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the beans and peal the back.

  2. 2

    Grind it thick with the peppers and onion till smooth.

  3. 3

    Put it in a bowl add the Ajinomoto and salt beat it well.

  4. 4

    Put oil in a frying pan allow it to be hot but not too hot, then start dropping the grinded beans bit by bit.

  5. 5

    Turn the other side if it turns light brown.

  6. 6

    Pack it and put in a colander, continue till you finish the grinded beans.
