  1. 2.5 cupssoya chunks or nutri
  2. 1/4 cupcornflour or all purpose flour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. As required Oil for frying
  5. For masala:
  6. 1 tbspOil
  7. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  8. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  9. 3medium sized onions
  10. 2medium sized capsicum
  11. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  12. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  13. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  14. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  15. 1 tspsalt
  16. 1 tspblack pepper
  17. 1 tbspcornflour(mix it with 1/4 cup of water)
  18. 1/2 tspvinegar
  19. As required Food colour optional

Cooking Instructions

    Boil nutri for 5 mintues in hot water and squeeze the extra water.

    Add maida or cornflour, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Fry it in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

    Keep them aside. Cut onions and capsicums in any shape you desired.

    Hot oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic. Add veggies and ginger garlic paste.

    Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Also add salt, black pepper and fried soya chunks. Mix it properly.

    Add vinegar and cornflour mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes. Our soya chilli is ready,serve it hot with chapati or naan and enjoy.
