Cooking Instructions

Cut ur yams, wash it nd boil it with little salt

Wen done mash d cooked yam nd set it aside, put 2 table spoon of oil nd fry ur pepper, onion, ginger nd garlic paste wen fried, add it 2 ur mashed yam nd stair it vry well

Take a small amount of d mixture nd mould it into balls u shld put them in a separate tray or plate, break ur eggs in another seperate bowl, then ur golden more in another bowl too.

Wen u r done hot ur oil in medium heat then Deep ur yam balls in egg then in golden more nd fry
