Cooking Instructions

Step 1 - Getting all the ingredients ready before.
In a bowl add the liquid ingredients the melted butter, buttermilk, Oil... - 2
Eggs, Vinegar, Vanilla Extract and Red food colour and mix well until combined

Step 2- In another bowl sift the Flour, Cocoa powder,Baking Soda...

Salt and sugar and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Step 3 - with the aid of a hand mixer or fork or spatula, mix until everything is incorporated, just takes less than a min

Step 4 : Divide into 3 cake pans and Bake in a preheated oven at 150° C for 35-40mins, to get A very moist cake I chose 150°C instead of the normal 180°C

When the cakes are ready, let them cool in their pans for 20 mins then quickly removed them and let the sit until they have totally cooled down. You can place them in a freezer to cool down faster.

Decorate with your favourite frosting, I used buttercream frosting.
