Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. 3halvesWhite river cobbler
  3. 1 tbspdried basil
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. All purpose flour
  6. Dried parsley
  7. Sauce
  8. 1large white onion
  9. 1whole garlic
  10. 1 1/2 cupshrimp broth
  11. 1 canmushroom pieces and stems
  12. Dried basil
  13. Nestle all purpose cream

Cooking Instructions

    Season fish with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Set aside

  2. 2

    On a large pan, sauté mushrooms until brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent

  4. 4

    Season with basil and add shrimp broth. Simmer to boil

  5. 5

    Add all purpose cream, cook in low heat until thick and fragrant. Season as needed.

  6. 6

    Coat fish in flour and fry till golden. Garnish with dried parsley. Serve with sauce and rice
