Mojo's Nutella Cookies
A few years ago, I found the greatest cookie recipe ever. It involved using pudding mix in the cookies to make them super soft all the time. Recently, my wife had found a recipe that had Nutella put in the middle of a cookie, and I thought why not try that with the pudding cookie recipe I had been using. I first shared them with my family and they loved them.

Plain and Sakura Cat Paw Marshmallows
I saw something like this online and it was love at first sight! I made them subtly pink colored so that they would be spring-like, but the plain ones are nice too. You could use cocoa powder to make them brown.Work quickly once you put the mixture in the piping bags! If it's cold, it will set fast. Make the mixture on the loose side, and pipe it out when you think it's started to set a bit - this way, it won't form any peaks and the marshmallow texture will be smooth Be sure not to overdust with cornstarch. If you want it sweeter, you can add a bit more sugar. Recipe by Yanzu

butter mochi

Butter Mochi
When I visit Hawaii, one of the things I always seek out is butter mochi. It's super tasty and addicting (translation, it's real bad for you). Here's a recipe that gets pretty close to what I have had on my trips.

Classic Mocca Butter Spread
Suddenly missed my childhood snack, hot cross bun sandwich with buttercream. So I tried making the buttercream to spread onto my loafs 😁

Mocha Peanut Butter Fudge/ Spread The Love
No candy thermometers, no muss, no fuss. Treat all the sweethearts in your life to a tasty delight. There are many ways you can adapt this recipe to suit yourself. Use chunky peanut butter. Add mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts or anything that you love to top off the peanut butter fudge. Have fun and spread the love.

So Soft Buttered Mochi
I usually pound mochi rice to make it, but I tried using cut mochi this time to simplify things a bit. Since I've discovered I could use cut mochi to make spongy buttered mochi, here's the recipe for you to try!I recommend you soften the store-bought mochi decently before mixing because it's quite sticky. Use homemade mochi or Japanese rice mochi for the best results. It's really soft when it's done, so please chill in the fridge (or in the freezer if you're rushing) before slicing. Take care to coat the sliced surfaces of the mochi so they don't stick together! Recipe by Rei no oryouri

Tuna Tasties - treats for cats

Whipping up homemade treats for the pets in our lives is way easier than you think, and they'll appreciate it too! This recipe is for the tuna loving kitty in your life, and if you add in that hint of catnip you know you can't go wrong!

Mocha Cheese Tarts
I tweaked the Blueberry Cream Cheese Tart recipe a bit and made these... I wasn't so sure that the taste is okay but my sister loved it, so I guess it's a success. I didn't like the taste of coffee with cheese myself though.

Tootie's Calzone Nutella E Mascarpone
This was one of the first recipes my daughter learned how to make. My mother taught it to her while visiting a few years ago. Since making pizza dough was a little out of our daughter's league at the time, she used crescent roll dough instead. I don't think David Rocco minds too much. ;-) Good times and good memories...

Hawaiian Butter Mochi!
I go to Food Land sometimes just to have butter mochi. I asked a Hawaiian native to tell me an easy way to make it. It's really quite simple, so nthis recipe it's a favorite. You just have to mix the ingredients together, so it's super easy! Leave it alone while it cools. It'll be easier to cut after it cools. Definitely give this a try when you start missing Hawaiian food. Recipe by dsy727

Sticky and Chewy Kashiwa Mochi
This kashiwa mochi has a chewy texture with the shiratamako and joshinko. I wanted to make the kashiwa mochi my Grandma used to make for me a long time ago! When you are stretching the dough, if you don't wet your hands, it will stick to your hands. But if you wet your hands too much, the red bean paste will absorb the moisture and become too soft. In that case, it will fall out of its wrap later on, so be careful. This rice cake is very sticky, so thinly grease the oak leaves with vegetable oil before wrapping. It will be easier to remove the leaves when you eat it. For 7 pieces. Recipe by Kkmamacchi

Fragrant Maple Cheese Nut Mochi
I tried combining all of my favorite things together, and it came out pretty well.I use a mixture of half almonds and half walnuts, but if you'd like, you can use double the amount of just one type of nut. Once you've added the soy sauce take care not to over-cook. Recipe by John Lee Cooker

Cookie Bouquet
While in America, I completed a course in "Culinary Arts: professional baking/pastry skills". I was thinking back on when I made these kinds of cookies with my friend to sell, and decided to write out the recipe. I changed it at little to suit Japanese tastes.Hardening the cut-out cookies in the freezer before baking ensures that the edges stay well-defined and that the cookies don't break while cooking. I know it's not easy if your freezer is already stuffed, but please try to find a way to make room for the cookies, as they will get squished if you layer them. Recipe by Nemunemugorichan
