Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcake rusk
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 3 tbspinstant coffee
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. To tasteground sugar
  6. 200 gmcream
  7. 200 gmwhipped cream
  8. Chocolate ganache
  9. Any milk chocolate chunks
  10. Cocoa powder for dusting

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and add 2 tbsp of coffee and sugar and let it cook for a while. After that dip your cake rusk in that coffee mixture one by one and take them out and start setting a layer in your serving dish.

    Once the cake rusk layer is set, put it aside and start making mocha cream mix.

    Mocha cream mix: beat the cream and whipped cream together with the help of an electric beater until the soft peaks forms, add in the to taste sugar (*according to the sweetness you like)

    Dissolve 1 tbsp of coffee in 2 tbsp of water and mix this into mocha cream mix with the help of spatula. Now pour the fluffy cream mix over the cake rusk layer.

    Pour some chocolate ganache or chocolate syrup on the top and dust some cocoa powder. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks. Now refrigerate it for 4 hours and put it in freezer 1 hour before serving.
