Mojo's Nutella Cookies

A few years ago, I found the greatest cookie recipe ever. It involved using pudding mix in the cookies to make them super soft all the time. Recently, my wife had found a recipe that had Nutella put in the middle of a cookie, and I thought why not try that with the pudding cookie recipe I had been using. I first shared them with my family and they loved them.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk together the flour and baking soda in a bowl and put aside.
- 2
In a large bowl, mix in the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and instant pudding mix. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 3
Mix in the flour/baking soda in several additions, then mix in the chocolate chips (as much as you desire). Dough will be stiff so needs to be done quickly.
- 4
Spoon out one tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten lightly on a baking sheet with the rounded side of a spoon. Add a little Nutella in the center and fold the edges around the Nutella to create a ball.
- 5
Bake in the preheated oven until light brown and still soft on top, 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake them. Allow to cool for 1 minute on the baking sheets before removing and cooling completely on racks.

Soft Nutella Brown Sugar Cookies Soft Nutella Brown Sugar Cookies
I love eating these so much, and making them myself means I get a lot of filling. This time, I made them for my friends to try. I'm sharing the recipe in case anyone else wants to try making them 😊♥️I've looked at many recipes and adapted them. The cookie base is mainly from Tasty, with less sugar and more Nutella. If you like chocolate bars, you can chop them up instead of using chocolate chips. This time, I chose Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips.Usually, people scoop Nutella onto a tray to freeze, which takes up a lot of space. A simple tip is to scoop it into silicone molds or ice cube trays. It saves space and is easy to use 🍫 ครัวนุ้งแคทTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
