Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (about 150 grams)
  2. 7 1/2 tablespoonsunsalted butter (about 105 grams)
  3. 1/3 cuplight brown sugar (about 70 grams)
  4. 3 tablespoonsdark brown sugar (about 35 grams)
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1 3/4 ouncesdark chocolate (about 50 grams)
  9. 1 3/4 ouncesmilk chocolate (about 50 grams)
  10. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
