Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsMutton
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2large Tomatoes
  4. 2Medium sized Onions
  5. HandfulCoriander leaves
  6. leavesFew Mint
  7. 2Green Chillies
  8. 1 tspGinger and Garlic Paste
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbsRed chilli powder
  11. As required Cooking Oil
  12. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mutton peices and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

    Deep fry onions till they turn brown colour and keep it aside to cool it off in freezer for few minutes. Remove excess oil which remains after deep fry.

    Pour the remained excess oil in a pan and add marinated mutton curd, cut tomatoes, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. Take out the onions and crush them before adding them. Mix well

    Pour them in a pressure cooker till 5-6 whistle on low flame so that mutton is cooked. Serve hot and enjoy with roti, bread or rice.
