Cooking Instructions

Smash boiled potatoes

Add onion, scotch bonnets, seasonings, Curry powder, all purpose spice, and mix thoroughly.

Mold into balls.

Deepen into eggs, into flour, back to eggs and finally into bread crumbs

Add oil in a pan and fry
- 6
Serve with drink and enjoy
