Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 1/4of 1 piece of Yam
  2. 2 tspScotch bonnet
  3. 1Medium size Onion
  4. 1 tspSeasoning
  5. 2 tbspSalt
  6. 2 tbspSalt
  7. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and rinse the Yam.

    Put a pot on fire,add water,white seasoning,Salt and the Yam and then close the pot and allow to cook until the Yam is soft

    If the yam is cooked.rinse and set aside.

    Break in the eggs in a bowl one after another,mix them well then add the chopped onions,Scotch bonnet and onion paste,white seasoning and a pinch of salt.Mix them well until well combined

    Put a frying pan on fire and add oil

    Allow the Oil to heat on fire

  7. 7

    You can serve with onion sauce or Red grinded pepper.

    Put the Yam in the egg mixture and coat the yam with egg slowly and then fry it in the oil until You're all done.
