Cooking Instructions

Prepare the fish.

Clean the shrimp, peel, and devein them. Cut the cod and salmon into cubes about 1 inch thick.

In a plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil with the granulated garlic to infuse it. You can also use fresh garlic by crushing it with your hands and adding it whole.

Prepare the wooden skewers. Thread the fish, alternating between shrimp, salmon, and cod.

Brush the fish with the infused oil. Preheat the oven to 350°F (convection).

Quickly coat the skewers on all sides with the breadcrumb mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle a little infused oil over the fish with a spoon and bake. Cook for 25 minutes. After the first 13 minutes, turn the skewers.

Serve immediately with lemon and a side of your choice!

✔️Suggestions: Between pieces of fish, you can add seasonal vegetables, such as zucchini and bell peppers. Cut the cubes to the same size for perfect cooking!
