  2. 1 lbcod fillet
  3. 1 lbsalmon
  4. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. Chopped cilantro
  6. Granulated garlic
  7. 3 1/3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  8. Salt to taste

  10. 14wooden skewers

    Prepare the fish.

    Clean the shrimp, peel, and devein them. Cut the cod and salmon into cubes about 1 inch thick.

    In a plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt.

    In a bowl, combine the olive oil with the granulated garlic to infuse it. You can also use fresh garlic by crushing it with your hands and adding it whole.
