Grilled shrimp skewers

Ingredients

  1. 10bamboo skewers
  2. 30raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  3. 2 Tbsminced garlic
  4. Black pepper to taste
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1/2lemon, juiced
  7. 1-2 Tbsolive oil
  8. 2 TbsItalian seasoning
  9. 1 Tbssmoked paprika
  10. 1/2 tspCreole seasoning
  11. Optional ingredients
  12. 1/2onion sliced
  13. 1/2red pepper sliced
  14. Handfulcherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Make sure shrimp is thawed. Place skewers in a large container filled with water, let soak for 30 minutes. Let dry with a paper towel. Marinade shrimp with everything above. Mix and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

    Assemble skewers how you would like. Preheat the grill to about 350-400. Cook shrimp 2-4 minutes per side. Enjoy!
