Wash and pat dry ladyfingers. Remove ends and slit in middle, each up 3/4 parts.

In grated onions add dhania jeera powder,garam masala and salt.mix well. Stuffed this onion masala into slitted ladyfingers.

In curd add add tumeric powder and red chilli powder,mix gently.

In kadhai add heat oil,add green chillies garlic paste,saute. Add stuffed ladyfingers, pour curd mixture on it. Mix gently. Cover with lid filled with water. Cook on slow flame for 10 mins..till gravy mixture is formed,and ladyfingers are tender. Add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix gently. Remove in serving bowl.

Serve/Relish Delicious Hot Dum ki Bhindi with roti,dal in lunch meal.
