Ingredients

3 covers
  1. 12 pcTomatoes
  2. 5 pcPepper
  3. 4 pcRed bell pepper
  4. 3 pcYellow pepper
  5. Onion 1big size
  6. Red oil 11/2 (milk)
  7. to tasteMaggi
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 7 pcOkro
  10. Locust bean 1tbl spn
  11. Hot seed 1 Teaspn
  12. 1Sardine fish
  13. 1Pumo
  14. Beef 1/2 killo
  15. Innards (assorted) 1/2 killo

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend tomatoes, onion, pepper, red bell pepper, yellow pepper and boil to reduce water.

    Wash and season fish, and other protein, boil and fry.

    Heat red oil and add onion, add the boiled tomatoes fry for five minutes.

    Add stock and correct the seasoning and add all the fried protein then add your pumo.

    Reduce heat to stew for some minutes.

    Wash and cut Okro, pound locust bean and hot seed add to water and heat allow to boil for 3 minutes.

    Then add your cut Okro allow for few minutes so that the Okro will retain it green nature.

    Soup is ready. You can serve it with Amala, or any swallow of your choice.
