Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gGround beef
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 tspPepper
  4. 1, chopped Onion
  5. 1/4cup, chopped Cilantro
  6. 2 cupsBirria stew consommé
  7. 1cup, cooked Beans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped onion.

    Form the mixture into small meatballs.

  3. 3

    In a pot, heat the birria stew consommé.

  4. 4

    Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned.

  5. 5

    Stir in the remaining onion, cilantro, and beans.

  6. 6

    Add guajillo and chipotle peppers for spice.

  7. 7

    Simmer until the flavors meld together.

    Serve hot and enjoy!
