  1. 2.5 cupscleaned well sorted groundnuts
  2. 3eggs
  3. Flour as required
  4. 3/4 cupSugar
  5. 3/4tspn salt
  6. 3/4tspn baking powder
  7. Flavour (optional)
  8. 1tblspn powdered milk(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Get a cleaned bowl and pour your groundnut in

  2. 2

    Break your eggs in a separate bowl, add your sugar,baking powder,milk,flavour and salt in it and whisk very well

  3. 3

    Use a fork to pour the egg mixture in the groundnut

  4. 4

    Then shake it to mix it well then sprinkle some flour. You can use sifter because it help to get good result

  5. 5

    Repeat this process until the egg mixture and flour finish

  6. 6

    Pour your vegetable oil on fire on a medium heat and fry

  7. 7

    Note: while frying you need to be turning it consistantly
