  1. 300 gScallops
  2. 200 gAsparagus
  3. 2 clovesGarlic (chopped)
  4. Mushrooms (canned)
  5. Shredded Chili
  6. Red & Yelliw Pepper
  7. Abalone Sauce
  8. PinchSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Hot wok with 3tbsp vegetable oil Stir-fried with garlic and scallops add in some water incase too dry.

  2. 2

    Add in all vegetables to Stir-fried with abalone sauce, salt & sugar to taste.

  3. 3

    Ready to be served.
