Cooking Instructions

For the potatoes
Peel,cut and cook potatoes in salted water till tender.Drain in a colander and kip aside.in a pan add little oil,when it’s hurt add potatoes,add in a little basil.let it cook for 5 mints while shaking the pan continually until partiallyl cooked. - 2
Kidney sauce
In a pan add oil and onion,cook until translucent add ginger garlic paste,black pepper,scotch bonnet and seasoning.let it cook for some minute,add in kidney cover and cook well until juicy...... - 3
Adjust seasoning add in curry and serve.
