Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cupmethi leaves chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. as requiredWater knead to dough
  8. as requiredDesi ghee for paratha frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, methi leaves, ginger garlic paste, Salt, oil.

    Mix well, knead the dough well, rest for 20 mins.

  3. 3

    Make medium-sized balls of the dough. roll the dough medium-sized rotisserie. Heat Tawa place methi roti cook well. apply ghee as your required, frying both side paratha.

    Serve methi paratha with butter.
