Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1 bunchLettuce
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1Beetroot
  4. 1Green pepper
  5. 3Carrots
  6. Lime juice (just few drops)
  7. 1Cucumber
  8. 2Eggs
  9. 1/2Onions (optional)
  10. 1Avocado

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your vegetables with clean water and salt or vinegar to kill the germs

  2. 2

    Wash your eggs and beetroot, put in a pot and bring to boil

  3. 3

    Shred your carrots using a grater

  4. 4

    Cut the other vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, avocado, cucumber and onion)

  5. 5

    Remove the boiled eggs and beetroot from the pot and place in cold water, then peel and slice. (You can shred the beetroot too)

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and squeeze a desired amount of lime juice. You can also use mayonnaise, salad cream or even avocado puree
