Ingredients

  1. Chicken parts
  2. Cornflakes
  3. Flour
  4. Eggs
  5. cubesBullion
  6. Onion
  7. Ginger
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Salt
  10. Black pepper
  11. Other chicken spices

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your chicken and put in a pot, slice onion,pinch of salt to taste, garlic and a piece of ginger to avoid the unpleasant odour

    In a bowl, break your eggs, whisk well and add your bullion cubes, pinch of salt, spices and mix all together

  3. 3

    Add a little amount of water in your egg and add your flour till it becomes a batter

    In another bowl, crush your cornflakes and set aside

  5. 5

    Sieve your chicken stock and keep aside (might be useful for you incase you're cooking jollof rice and more)

  6. 6

    Dip the chicken into your batter, remove and fold in the crushed cornflakes, do that to the rest and deep fry

  7. 7

    You can also use breadcrumbs, oats, golden morn and the likes but I prefer using cornflakes to get the golden crispy crust. Enjoy😊
