Cooking Instructions

Peel yam,wash and cut into desired shape.deep fry in hot oil.

Cut spinach leaves,and wash then keep aside. Wash fish and fry.blend scotch bonnet n onion. Add blended pepper in hot oil,chop garlic n add,add seasonings. Let it fry for some minutes, then add spinach n little amount of water and let cook for like 10minutes(until tender). Add fried fish n steam for 2mins.
