Spice Fusion Minty Paneer Rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 100 gramscottage cheese
  3. 1medium sized finely chopped onion
  4. 2chopped green chilli
  5. 3 tspoil
  6. 2cloves
  7. 2cardamoms
  8. 2black pepper
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  12. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  13. 8-10Finely chopped mint leaves
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/2 tspsambhar masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan and fry pieces of cottage cheese and put off after frying.

    Then add cloves,black pepper,bay leaf,chopped green chilli and chopped onion in same oil and cook it for 1 minute on low flame.

    Now add all dry spices and salt and mix it nicely.

    Finally add cooked rice and chopped mint leaves and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame,switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.

    Take a round shaped small bowl,add rice and press it to give a circular shape and demould the bowl on a plate and take it out the rice mixture, sprinkle salt and black pepper on cottage cheese.

    Garnish with fried cottage cheese and mint leaf,Spice Fusion Minty Paneer Rice is ready.
