Ingredients

  1. 1eggplant
  2. 1 stalkspring onion
  3. Minced fish
  4. Flour
  5. 1little soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut eggplant diagonally. Sprinkle flour in each cut then stuffed with minced fish

  2. 2

    Heat pan add oil. Then fry eggplant minced fish facing down the pan. Later flip it.

  3. 3

    Add a little water and a little soy sauce then cover and simmer until the eggplant are cook. Sprinkle chop spring onion
