Ingredients

  1. 100 gramtuar daal
  2. 50 grammoong daal
  3. 1small size bottle guard
  4. 3tomato
  5. 2onion
  6. 1brinjal
  7. 2red chillies
  8. 1 tspoon mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tspoon fenugreek seeds
  10. Pinchasofodita
  11. leavesFew curry
  12. 1/2 table spoonturmeric powder
  13. 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 table spoonchaat masala
  15. Salt as per your taste
  16. 2 table spoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash both the dal. Choppe all the vegetables in to a big pieces.

    Put dal and vegetable in a pressure cooker. Add turmeric and salt to it. Add one cup of water. Now cook it for 10 minutes or till 2 to 3 whistle on medium flame.

    Let it cool. Then whisk it nicely. Now add 2 cups of water and whisk it again.

    Now heat oil in a woke. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,red chillies and asofodita. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Now add sambhar masala,red chilli powder and chaat masala to it. Cook it for a minute.

    Now add cooked dal to it and cook it for 5 minutes.

    Sambhar is ready. Serve it with plane rice. It tastes so yummy.
