Fried rice and chicken

You will notice most people prefer fried rice compared to jollof rice or white rice and tomato stew. This is because fried rice is easy to prepare once your ingredient is ready. It is also cheap to some extend you know, more so that tomatoes is even expensive now. Check out the contest dishes, you will notice fried rice is more right? (laughs). It is also delicious you know, that's why most people like it.

Ingredients

35 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3 tincups of rice
  2. 3fingers of carrots
  3. halftin cup of chopped green beans
  4. 3medium size chilli pepper
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1 tincup of ground nut oil
  7. 4 cubesmaggi
  8. 1medium size onion bulb
  9. curry, thyme, seasoning(use as desired)
  10. fried chicken(you can use meat of your choice)
  11. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice, parboil, wash, strain and set aside.

    Chop your vegetables, slice your onion and also set aside

    Since your meat is ready already, you get your meat stock with the ingredients already in it, put on fire allow to boil then you add the rice to it, you use your cooking stick to stir to ensure the ingredients is properly mixed, then you taste to know if you still add maggi or salt. Once you get the taste you want, you cover and allow to cook.

    Once the rice is almost ready, you get a separate frying pan, you put like 1 cooking spoon of oil, if you want you can add butter to the oil, then you fry your vegetables and add into the rice, reduce your heat, use your cooking stick to mix it together after which you cover and allow to simmer for some seconds, your food is ready to be served with the chicken. Enjoy.
