Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsRice
  2. 1cooking spoon Corn flour
  3. Salt
  4. 3 cubesKnorr
  5. Seasoning
  6. 4 piecesCarrots
  7. Small bunch Cabbage
  8. HandfulGreen peas
  9. 2medium sized Green pepper
  10. 6 piecesChicken
  11. 1 tablespoonCurry
  12. 1big white Onion
  13. Thyme
  14. 1red onion
  15. Spring onion
  16. Fresh red pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the chicken with salt,curry,knorr cubes,onion and thyme till is soft.

    Wash and cut the carrots,cabbage,spring onion,white onion,fresh red pepper,green pepper.

    Pour in a cup of water in the stock and boil for 3minutes,sprinkle in the corn flour and stir very well to make the lumps is formed.

    Add salt,curry,knorr cubes,seasoning and boil for 5minutes.It will be thick then set aside.

    Heat up vegetable oil in a pan,pour in the sliced white onion.

    Add the fresh red pepper,carrots,cabbage,green pepper,green peas,spring onion stir and pour inside the sauce.

    Stir and boil for 1minute so that the vegetables will remain fresh.

    Parboil rice for 15minutes,rinse and boil again with salt onces is soft and the water drys up.Is done.
