    Put the tiger nut in a try and pick out the small stones from it. Put in a mutter and add a little water, use piston to beat it small by small in order clean the tiger but, when it is done you will notice the water will turn to brown, now put it in a container and wash it until the water is clear. Add the remaining ingredients and take it to grinding machine.

    Sieve the paste using cheese net and add enough water to bring out the juice, add sugar and put it in the freezer or add ice cubes.
