Homemade Regular yogurt

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pour the powdered milk in a container, add cornstarch and sugar. Then stir the mixture. Add the cold water, whisk the mixture until is almost free from lumps.
- 2
Boil the 5 cups of water and add to the mixture
- 3
Allow the mixture to cool on its own until lukewarm
- 4
Once you get the right temperature, add your culture to the mixture and stir.
- 5
Cover it very tight. Allow it to stay for at least 8 to 12 hours over night. This is the period fermentation takes place.
- 6
In the morning when you open it you will have a custard-like texture with a cheesy odor and possibly some liquid on top. This is exactly what you want. Then whisk your mixture together into creamy yogurt.
- 7
Add the flavor and some sugar(option). Served as desired.

Yogurt Cake or Tart Yogurt Cake or Tart
The other day I made this yogurt cake or tart, and honestly, it only lasted a few hours, haha! It was delicious! The best part is that it's made in no time since the ingredients are very basic and we usually have them at home, making it a very economical recipe, as well as easy and quick to prepare. The final result is a mix between flan and pudding because it's more compact than a flan. You can decorate it with whatever you like; I used blueberry jam, but you can use any flavor you want, or even fresh fruit, berries, whipped cream, dulce de leche... It's even tasty on its own! Kiwi and Yogurt Jelly Kiwi and Yogurt Jelly
My boy is having finals and I want to make something to cheer him up. I found out that we still had a couple of kiwis--I think we bought them a couple of weeks ago!--and thankfully they are still in good condition! They are golden kiwis, so the color is a bit yellow. You can substitute kiwis with mangoes, strawberries, oranges if you like. Angela Mertoyono -

No-Bake Cheesecake Style Yogurt Cake No-Bake Cheesecake Style Yogurt Cake
I made this as a little treata for the Tanabata summer star festival (July 7th). It's been hot every day, so I made a well chilled, cooling cake. If have some sponge cake, then all you have to do is mix up the filling, so it's really simple. This is a sweet I make a lot during the hot season! Please refer to the recipe below for making the pate genoise. It is the same as the recipe, "Yogurt that Loves Peaches ". I used pineapple this time, but you can enjoy this with a variety of fruit such as canned peaches, etc. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Simple Yogurt Cream in the Microwave Simple Yogurt Cream in the Microwave
I got the idea for this yogurt-based cream from a microwaveable custard cream recipe. "Custard Cream in the Microwave",.This cream may seem a little runny when just made but should firm up nicely when chilled (this should take approximately 1 day). This cream isn't very sweet so please feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. Crockpot Greek Yogurt Crockpot Greek Yogurt
Two recipes in one. To make yogurt just drain it for an hrs after it’s done. For Greek yogurt, drain it in the refrigerator overnight. There is no sugar or fruits added, can add all that stuff later as needed, I didn’t want my big batch to be just one flavor, I wanted to use it For different things, like (To make a flavor batch just get the flavor yogurt with live culture, like vanilla for example )for cooking, so it’s all plain . I made yogurt and I took the other half and made Greek yogurt. If you don’t want a big batch I put that in here too. When making this , do not peek at it, or remove lid at anytime. The only time this lid comes off is the step where you add the starter yogurt and that’s it, I can’t stress this enough as it will not work if that lid comes off , even for a sneak peek and you wasted all that time. There is nothing to making just time. If you have other people in the house when this is being made, make sure everyone knows not to touch it , or remove that lid, or the towel in that last step, if you have to put a do not touch note on it. I watched 3 videos on how to do this before i attempted this , I will put them in the notes below for anyone who wants a better understanding before trying this. I highly recommend watching them , the first one is about 8 mins the other one is 19 mins long. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
