This is very popular at Izakaya in Japan for appetizer.
This recipe takes only 5minutes to cook. If you have any chance to buy salted kelp at Japanese super market, please try to cook this!
salted kelp is not only using for appetizers, and I use this for Onigiri or salad to accent the flavour of my cooking.

  1. 1/8cut cabbage
  2. 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  3. 1 tablespoonwhite sesame
  4. some Shiokonbu (Salted kelp)

    Ingredients

    Cut cabbages into small pieces

  3. 3

    Put sesame oil, white sesame and salted kelp together into a bowl

  4. 4

    Mix 2 and cabbages together (Done!)
