Ingredients

  1. 10cherry tomatoes
  2. 1/2onion
  3. Several pieces of sea bass fillet
  4. 1/2 packagesquid
  5. 6frozen shrimp with tails
  6. 4fish balls
  7. 1/2 packageshimeji mushrooms
  8. Cilantro, to taste
  9. Seasoning
  10. Water
  11. 2 tablespoonsThai hot and sour soup paste
  12. 2seafood bouillon cubes
  13. 2 tablespoonsfish sauce
  14. Sugar, to taste
  15. 1little lemon juice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Dice the cherry tomatoes, slice the onion, cut the shimeji mushrooms into small pieces, and cut the sea bass and squid into small pieces.

  2. 2

Heat a pan with some oil. Cook the shrimp until they are about 70-80% done, then set aside.

  3. 3

In the same pan, add the tomatoes and onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, then add water and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

Add 2 tablespoons of Thai hot and sour soup paste, 2 seafood bouillon cubes, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and sugar to taste. If it's not sour enough, you can add a little lemon juice.

  5. 5

Once the soup base is ready, add the ingredients in order and cook until done (the shrimp, squid, and fish fillets only need to boil for about 3-5 minutes). Finally, sprinkle with cilantro and it's ready to serve!
