Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 5-6lemons
  2. 1 bowlmedium sized sugar
  3. 2tspoon of Jaggery
  4. 1tspoon grated ginger
  5. 2tspoon of red chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt

    Boil water and lemons to it.wait for 20 mins

    Take out lemons and let it cool.cut lemons in pieces take out all the seeds. When you cut it lemon juice come out easily.then the pieces of lemon and juice blend together to a fine paste.

    Now transfer this paste to a bowl.take steel or glass bowl.dont use any other metal.add sugar, salt,red chilli powder,grated ginger to the paste.mix well.keep side for ten minutes.

    Now take a pan add everything to it and on low flame allow it to cook well.first it will become liquid and after that will come together and take gel consistency.it will look like jam.take out from flame. allow it to cool and relish with chapati, bread anything.tastes yum and quick recipe.no need of any prservative.all year you can taste it.don't use Jaggery to avoid sugar as per climate it may get fungus.
