  1. 4 blockstofu cut into cubes
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1 tspblack pepper
  4. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  5. 1egg
  6. Oil
  7. Japanese Mayo
  8. 1/2 cupAll-purpose cream
  9. Green and red dried chilli
  10. Dried garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cut tofu into cubes coat with egg mixed with pepper and fry until cooked

  2. 2

    Drain extra oil set aside. Add the butter to the pan until melted. Pour in the light soy sauce stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

    Add the tofu to the butter mixture then pour in the all-purpose cream. Stir let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

    Add the chilli, garlic and mayo then serve
