Ingredients

  1. For the masa
  2. 4 cupgolden penny semovita
  3. 1n half cup water if it's still not as u wish u can add
  4. 1n half table spoon yeast
  5. 2 tea spoonbaking powder
  6. Halfcup sugar
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Oil for making the masa
  9. For the soup
  10. Alayyahu (spinach)
  11. Kabewa(pumpkin)
  12. Gyada (groundnut)
  13. Onion
  14. Scotch bonnets (attarugu)
  15. Marinated meat
  16. Seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Mix your semo with water and yeast set aside for it to double its size

  2. 2

    Once you check your ur mixture and it's done...put baking powder, sugar n pinch of salt and cover place the container near your gas, stove or anything your using in making the masa for it to keep rising

  3. 3

    Place your masa maker on your gas,stove n the rest grease it with oil allow it to heat up and start placing your mixture. Once u see small bubbles at the top of your mixture, then turn it till golden brown

    For the soup;: Make your normal stew add water to the quantity you desire and put your crushed groundnut.. while on the other hand you cook your pumpkin and smash it.. add it to your soup.

    After 15-20min add your chop spinach and off your gas.

    Here is my final outcome together with my tiger nut drink and crispy samosa
