Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. Scotch bonnet & onions
  3. Maggi & salt
  4. Red onga
  5. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Seive the flour into a bowl and add grated scot bonnet & onions. Add maggi, red onga & a pinch of salt.Add water & mix well but it should not be too watery

  2. 2

    Use oil to fry into a non stick frying pan.When one side is done, flip to the other side

  3. 3

    Wainar flour is ready
