Ingredients

  1. Sliced beef
  2. Fine-chopped cabbage
  3. Soy sauce
  4. Ginger
  5. Garlic
  6. Black pepper
  7. Salt
  8. Oyster sauce if you like
  9. Spring onion if you like

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté the chopped garlic and ginger

  2. 2

    Drop the sliced beef and stir them well. Wait until they’re (almost) caramelised.

  3. 3

    Grind salt and black pepper as much as you want —I like much pepper. Then add the cabbage and spring onion.

  4. 4

    The last coming is soycause and oyster sauce.
