Cooking Instructions

Rinse the cabbage and cut roughly into bite size pieces. Slice the bacon into 3 cm strips.

Heat a pan and fry the bacon quickly. Set aside on a plate.

Using same pan, heat oil and stir fry the cabbage.
- 4
When cabbage wilts, transfer the bacon back into the pan. Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry once more.
