Cooking Instructions

Blend your habanero and ball pepper then pour it to a pot and let the water evaporate

Add palm oil and fry for two minutes then add the onion and continue frying for about three minutes

Make a paste with your grounded Egusi and add it to your fried pepper and onion using a spoon

Fry it for about three minutes

Add cray fish, meat or chicken, the stock and season it to taste

Add the ugu leaves, cover the pot and let it cook for a minute
- 7
Stir and serve with swallow of your choice

Blending your belly pepper,chilly pepper with the garlic,onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed.
