Cooking Instructions

Cut the onions into thin slices. Mix 1/2 tsp salt. Keep aside for 6-8 minutes. wash it and drain water.

Take a mixing bowl add onion, methi, green chilli, coriander leaves and all the spices. Mix it. Add besan in it. Mix it well.
- 3
Add water as per requirement. Mix lemon juice.
- 4
Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame fry all the fritters till it becomes crispy.
- 5
Serve hot with sauce.
