Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupcooked rice
  3. 1 teaspoonyeast
  4. To tastesugar
  5. Baking powder
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. Albasa (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice for an hour

  2. 2

    Mix the soaked rice with the 1 cup cooled rice and yeast then blend

  3. 3

    Cover and allow to rise

  4. 4

    U can now add sugar salt baking powder onions (optional) and mix

  5. 5

    Meanwhile heat the pan (drizzle) with oil and start frying,flip the other side of the masa cook for some minutes

  6. 6

    Repeat the process until u finished the rice batter

  7. 7

    Can be eaten with any vegetable soup I eat mine with miyan taushe
