Jollof rice with coleslaw

Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Veg oil
  3. Carrot
  4. Peas
  5. Green beans
  6. Green pepper
  7. Scotch bonnets
  8. Pepper
  9. Onions
  10. Fish (and ginger cloves maggi cubes and garlic for marinations)
  11. Seasonings
  12. For coleslaw
  13. Cabbage, carrot,green,pepper, egg mayonnaise and cucumber

Cooking Instructions

    Per boil the rice with peas and green beans,drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash the fish and marinate with powdered garlic,ginger,cloves, maggi cubes,and curry then deep fry it in veg oil.

    In a clean pot add in oil and grated pepper, scotch bonnets and onion. Fry for a while add seasoning,add garlic powder,then add 2 cup of water and bring to boil pour in, the rice and cook.

    Lastly add in ur green pepper chopped carrots and sliced onions and the fish cook under a low heat until the water is completely drained.

    Wash your cabbage,and slice with cabbage slicers,grate some carrots, slice the cucumber and green pepper. Wash them all,add in a bowl and add mayonnaise and maggi cube and mix well.
