Cooking Instructions

    Peel your yam and cook with a pinch of salt.

    Grate your onions, garlic, scotch bonnets and red bell peppers.

  3. 3

    Mash the yam and add the grated ingredients, seasoning and curry.

  4. 4

    Adjust salt to taste. Mix everything until well combined.

  5. 5

    Mould yam into balls and set aside. Beat eggs and dip the yam balls.

  6. 6

    Fry until golden brown. Serve warm.
